I am Judy Ault of Mistyisle Shelties. We are living in Ocoee , Fl. I have been all over the US
to find the best dogs I could for the budget I am on. These dogs have not let me down. I am
very happy with the pedigrees I have and the dogs are such a joy. They are shelties. Someone
once said that "You can't buy love" But this person didn't have a sheltie. Once you look
into the deep pools of brown , you to will be in love. The sheltie expression is beautiful, those
eyes sparkle with unspoken questions.
I produce puppies mainly for show, but not all puppies in the litter will turn out to be show
prospects. Therefore I place those pups in pet homes. They are placed on a spay or neuter
contract. All breeding dogs are tested for OFA-hips, CERF-eyes, thyroid, and vWD.
I do give a warranty for the hips, eyes, thyroid, and vWD, for one year. There is also a 72 hr
warranty for general health so you have time to get to a vet to schedule the puppy shots and
confirm the general health of the pup.
At the age of 8 weeks, the pups are taken to the vet and health checked. When they come to
you, the pup will be free of worms, and will have one puppy shot. I also take the pups to
a friend and they are evaluated for show prospects, this is when I make my pick of the litter.
I inform all prospect buyers. that diseases can be transported from one home to another on
clothes, shoes, etc. So please keep this in mind when you are out shopping for a puppy.
